With Christmas and New Year’s Day almost upon us, this is a great time to review the past 12 months. For eConscribi, 2014 was another exciting year with plenty more ups than downs. Let’s take a look back at some of the highlights!
In March we started our very own blog, with new posts published approximately every second Monday of each month, and topics covering everything eRecruitment and HR-related, as well as internal eConscribi news. In 2014, our top three most-read blog posts were:
In early November we launched our new website – and even though it’s still a work in progress (as most websites seem to be), we’re very happy with the results. We hope you like the new layout, and find it easy to get to know eConscribi and our groundbreaking solution, eConscribi eRecruitment. If you have any questions or comments, or feel there’s something missing from the new website, please contact us. We’re always open to thoughtful suggestions!
For the fourth straight year, we participated in both the CeBIT show in Hannover and Zukunft Personal in Cologne. Both shows were a great success for us – especially Zukunft Personal! After a couple of busy days where we had the pleasure of demoing eConscribi eRecruitment fully translated (almost!) into German, we happily welcomed several new German customers to the eConscribi family almost immediately after the show. And thanks to one particular new customer, Accedera GmbH, the eConscribi eRecruitment Applicant Area is now available in Spanish too.
We’ve made six major upgrades to eConscribi eRecruitment in 2014 – the last one happening just a few days ago. Each upgrade has brought new features, improvements to existing features, and of course a few bug-fixing exercises.
Here are three awesome new features released this year that we’re particularly proud of:
1. Multiple-Language Job Advertisements
We recently debuted a new feature that makes it possible to create a job advertisement in multiple languages, in two different ways: a) one advertisement in one or more language versions, or b) one advertisement per language version. This new feature allows you to easily publish advertisements in different languages for one or multiple websites. Moreover, you have total control regarding the language used in the job list, the advertisement and the application process.
2. Apply via LinkedIn
During the summer, we made it possible for Applicants to use their LinkedIn credentials when applying for a position. When the Applicant clicks “Apply with LinkedIn” and enters his/her LinkedIn credentials, eConscribi will import the relevant personal information into the Application Form.
3. Search for Applicants
In early 2014, we released several new features related to our “Search for Applicants” functionality. It’s now possible to find Applicants in your database via multiple methods, i.e. “search for screening questions & answers”, “free text search” in all documents, notes, emails etc., as well as “search for personal information”, and much more. The more Search Criteria you combine, the easier it is to find only the most relevant Candidates for your search.
We’re confident that 2015 will be even busier and more exciting than 2014, and we can hardly wait for the New Year to arrive. But before it comes, we’ll be sure to take time to enjoy this special season – and we hope you do as well.
Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
